The customer service is phenomenal! They have become my home away from home. I love to stay here when I just need a breather. The General Manager, Christine is by far and away the most amazing person I have ever dealt with. The new rooms are gorgeous and relaxing. The shower is like a spa. They have a great central location. Even though a portion of the hotel was undergoing renovations, it was a quiet, very clean & safe facility. The staff was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I make about 2 - 3 trips a year to Ocala. This is my new go to place to stay. I highly recommend them! - Tracy on Hotels.com
